a budget clunker, Oh god I hope not perry, While I dont have much money I have spent wisely on parts which has taken a few months.
I was going to go for some red parts cause they do look nice on a :twisted:
not catching me out that easily....
But I opted for black parts as they are easier to find.
nope, steerer too short by about 15 mm, falls below the top clamp section on the stem.
I'll get a pic up on monday, as my camera is at work at the moment, but I'll carry on building it but i will nbeed another pair of forks before riding it.
I found a way of fitting forks that haven't got a long enough steerer.
Use a headlock to tension the bearings and a seatclamp to hold. Then remove the headlock and fit a quill stem.
