The simple, and fair, answer is that Scotland would bail out the percentage they were responsible for.
As far as Scotland not being able to cope with issues like currency and such..
We originated many of these institutions and customs within the union. We have always been a nation of movers and shakers, there is absolutely no reason to believe we don't have the weight of knowledge and intellect to work out how to deal with the challenges that might face us were we to be breaking away from an uncooperative union.
Truth is, once the dust settled we would face no such lack of cooperation, as the rest of the union are our friends in war and peace. This is a political break up, not a social incompatibility.
And for the oil, well very little of the revenue comes from the actual thing itself.
Most of the taxes would belong to Scotland. There is where the money comes from.
Anyhoo, it is very unlikely we need to worry about all this is it not?
