Saracen BB help

Hi, trying to remove BB from Saracen Kili (?). Non drive came away fine with normal direction thread. Drive has already caused skinned knuckles...can anyone tell me thread direction for drive side please?

The drive side is left-hand thread, so you need to turn it clockwise to undo it (the "wrong" way).

One thing I find helps if you are using a BB extractor tool and spanner is a bit of steel (or other thin metal) plate with a hole in the middle. Pop the extractor on the BB, the plate on top them use one of the BB bolts to tighten the plate up against the extractor. This will stop the tool from slipping out and prevent damage to the BB splines and knuckles.
