For sale:
2001 Rocky Mountain Elevation in stunning condition.
This bike was dry stored for almost all of its' life.
I have replaced the following with brand new :
The tyres with Schwalbe Billy Bonkers (26 x 2.1).
New Schwalbe long valve inner tubes.
Ashima V brake pads front & rear.
New cables inner and outer.
Specification is:
19.5" Easton Elite Tubing. In flawless red metallic.
Shimano Deore Hollowtech 3 x 9 speed chain set.
Shimano XT Hollowtech Bottom Bracket.
Mazocchi Bomber Z5 forks (Just been serviced).
Shimano Deore LX 9 Speed rear derailleur.
Shimano Deore front Derailleur, brake levers and 9 speed shifters.
SunRim CR18 rims 36h with Shimano Deore hubs.
Ritchey sealed bearings head set.
Shimano SPD.
Shimano Deore skewers.
Everything about this is completely original. (except: the tyres, inner tubes, cables and brake pads.)
Elite Bottle cages x 2.
Very east to convert it to a winter MTB and then use it as seen in the photos.
The frame is completely unmarked and the bike is in outstanding condition and wants for nothing.
This bike received rave reviews when it was launched in Canada.
I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall and ride it how you see it in the photos. Anyone up to 5' 11"ish should be okay as it's got quite along reach.
