spec is much better compared to the saracen , but frame is aluminium rather than the steel on the sacaren. As long as you are happy maintaining your own bikes (any of these bikes will need work - new cables, gears adusting, bearings regreasing) then I'd probably get the hard rock out of those 3.
I think im going for the Hardrock as its cheap and i can then change the seat for something a bit more apealing. May look at swapping other parts down the line but enjoy riding it over the summer
 
Don't forget to consider the size. The Saracen looks bigger, maybe 19 inch, whereas the others look smaller. I'd choose the one that fits the best.
