Mates dug up a pair of these from the loft, but has no idea what they are like quality wise....or where he got them from.......so he asked me......i don't know either.

They look very much like a mavic 221 in section, im assuming they are early to mid 90s?
Anybody had / got some....? Any info greatly appreciated as if they are a y good i might build them into wheels.
