| These vintage aluminum aero wheels were the original wheelset of a 1998 Giant TCR ONCE Team 'Debut' bike (see my other listing which ends very soon) that also had an Ultegra groupset. I think it safe to assume these wheels have the same age, 1998. 9 speed shimano cassette with lots of life still in the cogs. The tyres and inner-tubes are as they were when I received the wheels, ie, old and not so useful although they do hold air! There is a Shimano front axle-skewer in the front wheel which I have left in for the sale (but no skewer in the rear wheel). “I would describe these wheels as used (a long time ago) but in very good condition. There is one noticeable small scratch on the front wheel (see photos for a close-up) and other than that they are near perfect” |
