Rhino Tec carbon rear wheel

my brother bought a pair at the malvernes when he got the ozone frame.he ran them for a few years till he got splatted by a car one day, the rear survived but the front was a mess.i had it in my living room for a few years but cant recall what happened to it...

Is it a dura-ace hub? Looks like it could just be the outer bearing covers, maybe the axle?

its defo a durace hub...i remember having a good fumble with it one time...

It looks like mtb because it's 26" and the rubber between the rim and the carbon spokes should reduce shocks.
