retrobike global ride day 2017 30/4/17

Righteo boys and girls.......

Next year to try and get some momentum with rides and meets etc I prepose a global ride day. Similar to what I believe the fat ike guys do?

Generally we shall sort a date in the spring/summer and get as many locally rides organised etc and post here and on the interwebs
I'm hoping this will kick start the regional rides a bit and get the love for riding bikes and especially retro bikes again.

1st sat in Dec is global fatbike day,and meets are on all over,
So good idea to plagerise would be nice to make an effort
And get a few old bikes out and about nice one look forward to it.

Yes, we did one quite some years back.

Guess I'll have to ride as that's my bike in the middle of that text, with the ringle bottle cage on
I may even have taken the picture.
Greatest peaks turnout and that wasn't all the riders as it was near the end iirc.
