Reset factory settings on galaxy s7

Hi folks, I've had this phone in a drawer for a few months and decided to give it to my nephew for christmas

Problem is I'm trying to restore factory settings but have forgotten the samsung password and the email account on the phone is no longer active
any ideas on how to sort this out, doh
