If they are they might work for me. Do they lift and flare out?

They are different to the ones ive seen before as they have a rise just after the area where the stem clamps. Like i said this really is not my area! They came off an 84 dawes touring bike.

The cassette is actually 13 /26....seems i now have lost the ability to count and read!
