Recommendations for a good digital SLR Camera

I've been reading this thread intently as a while back I was thinking about getting a DSLR but am now entirely skint due to getting married soon :roll: I looked on ebay for DSLRs at the time and found lots of stuff like this....

Some of these seem pretty damn good value, (this is just one of the sellers for an example), are they hooky or are they realistic prices for last years out of fashion models?

From what I have read this morning they are the entry level versions but get some pretty good reviews.

this years 'entry level' is usually last years 'pro' model.

dig cams are shockingly more expensive than film slr's were it has to be said.
