Yep.
Although where the chain contacts the teeth, it can be hard to strip the existing anodising in these areas, so you might end up with an overly stripped chainring which will change the dimensions, probably won’t matter on a chainring though.

Yeah, I would have thought so. I imagine the £150 min order is more of an industry thing, possibly post-Covid and post Cost of Living crisis, but Acorn have always catered for the odd little bike job.
