Rear shock for Cannondale Delta V2000

Hi all!.
need to replace the rear shock of my 1992 Cannondale Delta V2000: it seems to be very bad quality, there is a "clonk " with every extension, and almost no damping. For what I read in other forums, it lacks as well rigidity, not helping with the general flexibity the bike has in the rear.
I noticed that the lenght (and width) of this shock it no standard: I measured 135mm, and most of the shoks I see are 125mm and then 150mm. I know there were bitd alternatives from Risse Racing and also Fox, but they are rare to find, too expensive and I would prefer somenthing new.
My questions:
Would it be a problem to fit a rear shock just bit shorter? I found two alternatives with 130mm, just 5mm shorter than the original:

DNM DV-6 (amazon)

EXA KS-20 A (aliexpress)
Do you know any of these? Would they fit (i will need anyway to adjust width with adaptators). Any other idea? I guess the ones with 125mmare way too short..

Pd: in aliexpress there are some with 135mm, but I am afraid they are just coils with no damping

regards
