Genuinely didn't expect that, thanks everyone for the votes (turn out about on par with a local election though!)

Tel, can I have a little badge under my name now please!!

Congrats Matt! Not much in it between the top 4!

Unfortunately it's not within my power to award the medals....I'll contact admin for you.

Re:

You almost didn't get my vote Matt, I didn't think much of Fignon !

But I think your bike looks great. Do you ride it much?

Mike

Re:

I'm normally an 80's steel man, so plenty Raleighs to vote for, but I went for the ADR TVT carbone. It was a dream bike back in my race days and the one here is spot-on perfect.
Sorry for those with STI/ergos but they're too modern for me

TBH any bike here is a deserved winner, so well done folks

Er, I think you may find that bike has Ergo levers
If it wasn't for the brakes, I'd think it was from the same g/set as the Pinarello

Hi Mike

Thanks for the compliments & the vote. I was the same about Fignon, then I read his autobiography and he went way up in my estimation.

I don't ride it as much as I would like. I put more miles on my Mercians last year, but I have sold one now so will get more time on it this year. I did a couple of ten mile TT's and some training rides; it's a quick bike. I am thinking about buying the Lemond Z frame that's for sale on here for my next project. Not got the money for a TVT, but would really love one of them as well!!

Cheers
Matt
