I had the same problem once with the pedals: I put the crank arms and the pedals in the deep freeze overnight, the steel axles shrink a bit and freed them up. Voila!

After a bit pf elbow grease over the weekend, the frame is stripped, headset repacked and the forever ongoing fettled forks have gone back in.

Upon, stripping and cleaning the frame I realised the paintwork was very poor, I've decided I will turn this into a Carlton Pro Rep, this will be for my personal collection and will never be sold, so please don't shoot me down. Pearl white with black decals, black tb14's on silver hope mono rs's, black campag groupset and black everything else. Had the frame shot blast but she still won't give any secrets up, no serial number any where, only tange tr dropouts and a shimano bottom cable guide
