Raleigh Dyna-Tech Ti (Torus?)

I sold my XLite stem as it didn't work for me, I think the stem really works on your bike - superbly!
Looks fantastic, completely different to mine.

Thanks for the comment, though the stem is no longer on the bike. I decided to rebuild her for more flat terrain, and I also thought that she looked better with black finishing kit, so I have swapped out the stem and seat post for Thomson ones in black, the bar is now a blue controltech one, and the forks some RC31s. Another change I made was fitting Avid Ultimate V brakes. I think she is now compete for the time being, aside perhaps a ti handlebar depending on what people think of the blue one currently fitted. Oh, nearly forgot, I used some hope head doctors as bar end plugs - worked a treat and look really good in blue.

Stick with the blue bar.

It's different, and its cool.
Thanks, I quite like it myself. Had to stop myself using the matching bar ends, but I think it looks cleaner without them.

Re:

Hi Ian, that looks awesome with the RC31s, it must feel really light, what's the rise on the stem?

Best
Matt

I've just rebuilt it one last time as I'm swapping it for something modern. Will I regret it? It is soooo light, and looks lovely now it's wearing the original forks and some blue bling (hope hubs, Middleburn chainset, hope stem, seat clamp, bar end plugs and qrs, and controltech bars and blue bolts and headset. Full m952 gearing and brakes, use ti carbon saddle, Thompson post, ta Chinook rings, blue Middleburn chain ring bolts, real crankcase bb and charge splashback amber walls complete the build (aside from black cables and grips and a gold kmc SL chain).

I'm having regrets...... It's not too late to convince me a 26er carbon full Susser is a bad move as since rebuilding the Dyna, I'm loving how it has turned out.

I didn't realise how long I've owned this bike. Despite it being rebuilt a few times (which for me is most of the fun), it's not really been ridden much in any guide.
