Well I am a bit puzzled too.
Here is what I know.
WE6... frame.
I bought it having already had a spray with 531c decals.
Now it could have just had them added but it did have some higher end kit on it, albeit past it's best.
The lugs are identical to my 531c 1984 competition.
The drop outs are the same, not branded as far as I can see.
The frame and forks weigh the same.
All the other frame features are the same.
Only exception being the seat stays.
Perhaps someone else knows!
