Wanted Quill Stem 2 or 4 bolts (removable faceplate)

To finish my Rockhopper build I am looking for a quill stem with a removable faceplate.
Something like Velo Orange is doing but affordable.
22.2 steerer
25.4 bar clamp

Anyone has that?
