Numerous other low end bike shaped objects badged and branded by oil companies, car part companies, clothing companies etc as a promotional item - yes. Plenty.
Somewhere out there is the promotional jacket, promotional baseball cap, promotional camp chair and promotional esky/chilly bin/cooler to go with it.

Yes - I had one back in the day, water bottle and all! My family owned an auto parts business and QS sales reps gave them away to high-volume buyers. My father got one for me and another for a family friend.

Who made them? Are they similar to an old 90s Raliegh or CCM, here in Canada?? This one looks heavy. Old school steel.

No idea who made them, but yes, it was heavy. It was probably my first mountain bike after moving from a BMX so I didn't have much to compare to at the time.
I have one exactly like this , even tire reflector says Quaker State.
