I think these ones were Votec. I think someone mentioned Prsche having bikes made by someone else later, sometime iin the 2000s.

I like them, at least they didn’t go down the road of trying to disguise a cheap bike by just putting their name on it. A lot did which seems to have tarred all with the same brush. Yes it was Votec (still going) made them and I think they did a good job of it.
