A lo-pro should put you in the same position on the base/pursuit bars, as you would be in on the hooks of your road bike.

Then measure your road bike and work back from there.
 
I think this maybe even 753 track if I recall rightly the frame and forks weighed in at 1960g I'll go an weigh it again to be sure

Top tube looks to be about 66cm on that, so probably about equivalent to 64cm on a normal horizontal top tube. I'd say you'd need to be at least 6'1 to 6'2 to ride it comfortably.
 
Mike would you be interested in a time share?

Although with a headtube of 90cm I think I may struggle to really get comfortable on it :)
