Pace RC305 value?

New to Retrobike, I am looking to selling my Pace Rc305 but not sure how much it's worth , spec as follows:
19" Pace Rc305 long (travel hardtail),
Fox 32 140RL 140mm
Mavic crossride wheelset, all bearing perfect, with no buckles
Maxxis High Roller super tacky 2.35
M355 disc brakes
Deore XT middle ring with K-nine bash ring
XT rear mech
Sram PG970 cassette
Easton EA50 bars with
Odi lock on grips
Race Face Evolve AM stem
Charge Spoon saddle
Bontrager seatpost
Bike built by me and only used a handful of times to pull a childs trailer, it's in excellent condition. Appreciate any advice, Matt.

Hard to accurately value tbh as the market is pretty flat. For maximum money you will need to split it, as always and that way you could probably make £400ish?
