Pace rc-35 crown, aftermarket?

Just took this from a set of pace forks, I doubt they are original, as they have a slight green tint to them and they don’t look look right? They have a right angled triangle milled into the base of the crown

Is this some aftermarket crown or is it original and affected by the sun or something?

Looks original to me. Here is one of mine, a 1", that I know is 100% genuine complete with triangle

Ah yep that’s the one. Didn’t know they came anodised.

Anodised was an option for a while I believe. This one came from JE James I think it was but I could be wrong as it was a long time ago. It is the later style with the milled out front but I cracked the original on my RC100 so bought this as a replacement.

I've had some with a gold ish tiny to them, plain silver too. Nothing as fancy as the purple, though have belonged up rc35s with anno end caps on the crowns with the bolt on stanchion ends.
