Accles and Pollock on the steerer does not indicate a frameset built from A & P Kromo tubing, A & P steerers where often used on Reynolds tubed frames.

The best known framebuilder using A & P tubesets was Hobbs of Barbican - it is not a HoB.

Why not on here?

All the pics would have to be resized. This forum doesn't allow larger pic files, although it does have more knowledge on these issues.

Thank you. I've ordered a few different decals with "made in England" and the British flag so I'll see what they're like and decide then.
