Before even taking into account thats its a collection of bits, whats going on with the fork stanchions ?,did he clean them with wet and dry ?

Overall its in pretty poor shape for that kind of money, plenty of scratches and apart from the main body, the rest of the paintwork is dull and lifeless.

I'll wager that rear shock has never seen a service in its life.
