Sold OffRoad Flexstem 1 Inch Quill

Hi there,
Just to make sure ive understood correctly, this has a 22.2 quill for 1" forks?
If so I may be able to do as someone suggested and swap out the stem component for a shorter one from an 1 1/8" stem to give me what I need, i.e. not this long as thats too much of a reach for me, but correct steerer for my old clockwork. It has the cable noodle I would want also, if thats straight..?
If I understand correctly its sold, and ive just started another job, to end up with more parts, and games to get this 'budget' build how I want it. Got to stop kidding myself it wouldnt make more sense to spend a little more on nice complete bikes!
