Yep. I’ve got mid 80s parts that are still working and looking gorgeous, and brand new stuff that oozes the same respect and attention to detail. (I may have to get one of those blue hats.)

Agree. It's comforting you can still buy a new Nitto Cystal Fellow S65 which is on a par or if not better than
what is considered the absolute pinnical of bicycle silver wear - Campag Croce d'Aune. Not even Cincelli can bang out a silver stem.
