Looks a bargain to me. Definitely a 23" to my eyes (or 58cm if accuracy is your thing).

Why 525 for a triathlon bike? I thought that was more for touring, not that I've come across it that much in general. Not that it matters anyway, it's a nice bike.

Probably 22" top tube, looks 23" seat tube to me.

A wide range of diameters and gauges are available in reynolds 525 which allows the builder to design a frame suitable for any purpose.

• 525-Triathlon - almost identical to 525, with the only differences being seat stays are 0.1mm thinner, and chainstays are 0.1mm thicker, than standard 525
