New parts added and realized that the Avid Ultimate brake levers work also with V-brakes in addition to cantilevers.

List updated with Manitou 1 forks, a silver Hyperlite, etc.
I will check the lengths of the steerers for Manitous & Ritchey fork. Basically the Manitous are both in the ballpark of 14.5cm and Ritchey is 12.8cm. Thread length is about 3cm but I will measure these asap.
