New Square taper Chainset required - what to go for?

I can give a big thumbs up for the XD2 chainset from spa cycles. I got the 2x version which is the same as the triple but the drive side is undrille/tapped for the granny ring. Metal is there if they are out of stock on triples and you know someone who can drill and tap to make a double a triple. The suggested axle lengths seem right too.
