Hi all,

local bikeshop has taken this frame from a new old stock XT-equipped bike they had broken into parts. They had no clue what it is. As paint looks original and lacquered, maybe it had been made as a factory paint error due to lack of decals on it. Comes with a NOS ITA 70 x 107 Shimano UN71 Deore XT bottom bracket.

Top tube cable routing.

135 mm rear dropout.

It has one M5 threaded hole on back of the seattube for a front mech cable pully wheel, allowing of use of a down-pull front mech too.

Very nice "metal flaking" effect sparkling silver colour, have not seen this kind of paint before.

Measurements:

Top tube: 585 mm c-c
Seattube: 480 mm c-c, 510 mm c-t
About 19" size. Headtube 140 mm long, 1 1/8 size.
Takes a 29.2 seatpost (I got a used, but nice SP-248 polished silver, which included with the frame)
Front mech band size: 31.8 mm, top pull (but with a cable pulley fitted on seattube, bottom pull fd can be used)

Frame weight is about 2.540 gr with BB and stainless water bottle boss bolts.

Lack of time forces sale.

Cheers,
Endre
