My 97 Gt Lts-1

This came to me via @Magpiegifts although I believe it was previously owned by @d8mok. Lovely straight frame in really decent condition given it’s age.
Cockpit consists of a set of Easton ea70’s, lx 9 speed shifts (m560?), and xt m739 levers. Gt grips are from my old backwoods. Below that an x-lite fly sits above a brand new cane creek c2 and the judy sl’s. Further back a tried and trusted combo of syncros and flite. Cranks are a little newer AC nomad xc, not in the same league as period ac cranks but look presentable and are a bit different to what you normally see. Beyond there is xtr 9sp mech, m750 cassette. And that leaves the wheels which speak for themselves really. ;-)

Yes I sold it earlier to magpiegifts and it’s a lovely frame. Lots of polishing went into that frame.

What polish did you use on the frame @d8mok? I've got some MAAS and autosol in the garage. Need to keep that shine

I did it using a eBay alloy polishing kit , with meguiers to finish it. Took ages but should be easy to maintain

A few changes,
- RaceFace turbine dh
- IRC mythos 2.1
- M739 xt cantis front and rear

I think I prefer the tioga xc’s, the mythos seem to look good on silver rims. What’s the verdict here guys and gals?

Tyres look good, but I also like the tiogas from before. And the raceface is a good edition. But again, the AC works with GT s. So either way it looks ace
