Even if it doesn't work well I'd buy a bike to put it on.
That is excellent ~90s perfection.

It seems to be designed for function, not quite U-brake, not quite roller cam, not really a V-Brake either.
Yet somehow gets style.

What are the bearing bits like.

The bad thing is that it's broken.
Design was not all that good, unfortunately, although it looks bomb proof, it -obviously- is not.

No idea, but it has similarities to a McMahon Scissor brake
