I'm building a bike for a mate who had his nicked out the garden, just after he moved to Sunderland. Anyway, reasonably cheap but decent kit please, Tatty but sound is ideal.

I could do with all this by this weekend if possible. Can do paypal. Based in Sheffield, if that helps.

I need:

A set of Octalink cranks (presumably 4 arm...) It'll be run SS, so granny ring tabs aren't strictly necesary.

A single speed tensioner that actually works, keeps tension in the chain, has all it's required parts, etc (unlike most of the one's I've bought over t'internet)

a 27.0 seatpost, 350mm is ideal, don't care about colour, but something reasonably light would be good.

Possibly a set of rigid 1 1/8 threadless forks - fairly light is again good. Marin rockstars would be ideal, but beggars can't be choosers etc.

Maybe also a 32 (poss 34) tooth chainring, ideally unramped.

Got some xt m752s, 170mm, still got the xt decals on them. £20 posted.

Ideally after something cheaper <£15 but not necesarily as good as XT

I have a set of cranks, no rings you can have for postage. They are octalink deore (i think) they are black but have rub marks. Splines are good. PM me if you want them.

I have a rigid steel fork which I never used, v-brake only though, steerer has never been cut 200+mm will measure up if your interested.

Can also come with a headset if you need?

Forgot to add the forks are powdercoated brown.
