To me this looks like a 1993 Miyata Elevation 2,000. Alumium lugs, aluminium tubing in front triangle and steel tail. US model, very rare in NL. It is a bit heavier than a Elevation 10,000, it doesn't look much different and it is more sturdy. For someone nearby it could be a nice project and make a nice rider. I am not really nearby.
