Missy Giove Yeti ARC-AS/LT 1994

I agree, the spin wheel definitely has to go... It's just helping me with moving the bike around. That's why I need to get the Ringle hub functioning!

The shock feels good, so I don't plan on doing anything with it at this point.

As far as being a 94, I understand that 1994 was the first production year of this frame. The team had 1993 race bikes, as the one built by ridevintagemtb, but the rear shock mount was different. From what I've gathered locally about the history of the bike, though it probably wasn't a race bike, it was provided to Missy by the team. She left Yeti in 94 to ride for Cannondale. Upon leaving Durango, she gave the bike to a local friend, from whom I later purchased it.

Great story and a good frame - I like what you've done with it so far

As others have said - and you're no doubt learning from the past year of searching - parts can be difficult to find, especially the boutique parts that this bike deserves/needs!

Going to keep an eye on this - I look forward to more updates :)
