Wanted Minty 26.8 seatpost

Hi all, I'm looking for a minty 26.8 seatpost for a rebuild. Has anyone one got anything they are looking to move on?

Possibly. Might have a couple of options, will need to rummage. Colour? Length?

It would have to be over 300mm and I'd prefur black or silver. There seem to be are slim pickings at 26.8.

I've found a tidy, but not mint black one. It's a double clamp, inline one. Branded monster.

Another one I've found is a roox, though need to measure to confirm. It's been cut down but should be longer than 300mm. It's very tidy in the most part, depending on how much post you have out of the seat tube. Black.

I may have others, pretty sure a Thompson is lurking somewhere, possibly another.

The joys of owning a GT team RTS with the 26.8 post diameter and being indecisive with builds over time. It's currently wearing a controltech in black, matching stem and bars.

I do have a race face post in 26.8, but that was intended for my other disc converted RTS which I was going to build with matching stem, bars and modern 30mm race face cranks for a bit of a retromod.

Have you got a price in mind for the 'monster' and 'Roox'? I'm building up an old frame from 1997 and need something both functional and pretty otherwise it will likely go to waste.

I'm watching a black Thompson 26.8 on ebay at the moment but I expect it to go through the roof.

I have a plain black in-line post, in good condition. Away with work for a few days but can post a picture on Friday. Would be looking for £10 + postage. Looks like the attached pic from memory, but without the white logo.

Pics of the monster post. Pretty tidy really, has some marks on the clamp but pretty hidden by saddle

And the roox. Has been cut down but was a very long post beforehand. Pretty tidy up to a point, most marks are insertion and will be inside seatpost. One scuff near top won't be.

Price wise, monster cost me £15, roox I bought a while back for £25 I think.

The monster would probably be perfect but I'm just waiting to here back on another from a private seller. I missed out on the Thompson by a pound but it was probably too nice for what I'm putting together. I shaw, would you be happy with £15 plus postage?
