This is the Mavic sealed bearing toolkit & case. I never had the headset wrenches, but the other tools are there, including a tool for Look pedal dust caps (the vintage ones with 8 small holes for the wrench to fit into). I never used this kit though the chamfering cutter appears to be in excellent shape. It is clear the punch has been used though as it has some marring and a slight bend but is still a legit punch.
The original low-density foam that held the tools in place has totally deteriorated. This will ship with higher-density foam that will protect them, though you might want to get lower-density stuff for a snugger fit so the tools stay put better. The cutter will be protected during shipping with additional padding.
