if you can accept used for gentle xc have some of these built into wheels - happy to dismantle.
main thing is the ceramic has glazed over a bit with useage - this can be revived I believe using an mildly abbrasive ‘rubbing block’ as used by railway modelers to keep there railway tracks clean!
