Massive favour needed from a Bristol based RetroBiker!!

I am having a nightmare with a courier picking up a frame and forks I won on ebay.

Basically I went with this courier (3x more expensive than others) as the seller is not in during weekdays after 11am and the website let me put a narrow timescale for collection time which would have suited (8.30 - 11.00). The courier turned up twice outside the requested times. It turns out I cannot be refunded as they didn't guarantee collection in those times.

Sigh, basically I need someone to pick the already packaged parcel up for me one evening/morning/weekend from Bristol BS5 8ET and send it to me in Manchester. Obviously I'll pay any costs plus a little extra for the bother.

Please please please can someone help me out??
