Yes, they have oil leak and will need new seals (£22 enduro) and a deep clean. This colour is seemingly more rare so are well worth saving.
The steerer is close to 200mm(TBC when i next unlock shed) and is 1 1/8 diameter..
You will also get a 3/4 full bottle of 7.5wt suspension oil which probaly do another 2 pairs so plenty.
