I had the race version too and no lockout.. The only difference was the rebound adjust on race is on top of the leg(rebound on these is inside lower) adjusted from bottom of leg..
Yes these are coil/oil just paid £35 for strip clean and fresh oil few weeks ago and ridden once since.. These are tip top ready to plug and play..
However I'm awaiting payment from st ^ if this falls through I'll be in touch
