Lots of oddness here. Decals are from something much more modern and I'm not convinced the front triangle looks like a manitou one. The rear is unmistakable though

Looks like the real thing to me(full Manitou). Only exception is the head tube, though it is a smaller frame and difficult to tell from the picture. If it wasn't the real thing, you'd have to think it was someone very talented that managed to achieve it as there are far too many similarities if you compare it and examine it closely enough. The location it is pictured in probably says a lot about the theme.

It's had the headtube replaced with a modern unit, most likely due to cracking.
Either way, it's horrendous in my opinion.
