Manitou 3 (1994) in an Almega DX 1991?

I colour coded some mag 21's for mine.

I just found a RS-1 for around 80$, quite good conditions but without top caps and need a rebuild. Do you think it is a good deal?
I must recognise that Manitou 3 is far more beautiful than this one..... And cheaper to maintain I asume.
I found both in threaded 1 1/4", maybe because is a not very extended size.....
