This is an original Magic Motorcycle triple crankset and bottom bracket. This was the design idea that Cannondale later used on their Coda M900 crankset. I am the original owner and acquired this directly from Magic Motorcycle.

That was the spleen. Kidney next and then maybe the gallbladder. Although the second hand market for those is pretty crowded
