I'm guessing the Orange "stalk" is an indicator of some kind?
Tempted to buy it myself just out of interest! (That saddle looks like it should be on a horse!).

Phillips were well made bikes, but I'm intending to reduce my fleet.

Mainly because if I drop dead my kids will be bundling all my bikes down to the charity shops.
