Never too old for some bike aerobatics - I do fancy trying one of these skills courses, but June isn't ideal, a lot of holiday outgoings.

That vid shows you can fall off quite easily,without even trying too hard. Another reason for not going offroad.
TBH that looked horrible,i dont know how anyone can laugh at it. It hurts

No wonder that guy crashes lots, he rides terrain way gnarlier than anything i routinely do battle with. He was definitely getting better toward the end of the vid though. The school of hard knocks, well done that man i say.

And Dyna, this is primarily an old MTB site, man up and get out there, you only get better by practice and falling off is often quite funny if painful.

I'm possibly going to try to get to Fort Bill to ride the chairlift and take on the red route. This would be in the second week of June ish possibly midweek if anyone is interested. Post up if you fancy it.
