Wanted M739 rear derailleur cable adjuster

Hi all,

I've got a cable barrel adjuster on a Shimano RD-M739 that has a ferrule rusted stuck in there. Before I try drilling it out, does anyone have a spare unit, or know of any modern replacements that fit? See below for an extract from the Shimano parts sheet.

They are all the same size (M6 IIRC). However, keep pickling yours with Plus-Gas (not WD40 or GT85) for a week and likely it will loosen after then dropping the mech into a pan of boiling water.

Push a flat head screwdriver into it which is just slightly smaller and twist. It will dig in and collapse it. Then pull out with pliers. I come across loads

Have you taken the adjuster off and tried pushing it out from behind?
