umm, I don't know, but don't think it's Ti?!
Wasn't the 950 Shimano's first ti cassette?

Hey.. I don't know, maybe.. but I checked weight weenies, and they had a m900 cassett listed that were titanium best to do is weigh it ;-)

Pretty certain M900/where always steel, the original bolted version, the riveted version and the -I version.

Only the m950 was an 8speed part Ti version
